Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

MoreBetter Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds and distributes software products including Vantage, Foracle, Humanify, Lumiq, PinFlow, and the Creator Bundle. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

  • — Account & Payment Data: Email address and payment information processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • — OAuth Data (Pinterest / PinFlow): When you connect your Pinterest account via PinFlow, we receive your Pinterest user ID, display name, and access token. We access your Pinterest boards, pins, and analytics data solely to provide PinFlow's scheduling and analytics features.
  • — Discord Data (Lumiq): Discord user ID and server ID for delivering the Lumiq bot service. We do not read message content outside of bot commands.
  • — Usage Data: Basic analytics (page views, referrer) to improve our site. No personal tracking.

3. How We Use Pinterest Data

If you use PinFlow and connect your Pinterest account via OAuth, we use your Pinterest data exclusively to:

  • — Display your boards and pins within the PinFlow interface
  • — Schedule and publish pins on your behalf
  • — Show analytics and performance data for your pins

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Pinterest data to any third party. We do not use your Pinterest data for advertising or profiling. Your Pinterest data is stored securely and retained only while your account is active.

4. Revoking Access

You can revoke PinFlow's access to your Pinterest account at any time by visiting your Pinterest security settings and removing PinFlow from your connected apps. You may also contact us at support.morebetterstudios@agentmail.to to request deletion of all data associated with your account. Upon revocation or deletion request, we will delete your Pinterest data within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive tokens at rest. Access to user data is restricted to essential systems only.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.
