1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any MoreBetter Studios product — including Vantage, Foracle, Humanify, Lumiq, and the Creator Bundle (collectively, “Products”) — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

2. Beta Software Disclaimer

All Products are provided in beta. They are under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own discretion.

3. License

Products are licensed under the MIT Non-Commercial License. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• — Use the Products for personal, educational, or internal purposes
• — Modify the source code for your own personal use

You may not:

• — Use any Product for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MoreBetter Studios
• — Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the Products or their source code
• — Use the Products for any malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity
• — Remove or alter any copyright or license notices

4. No Financial Advice

Vantage, Foracle, and any other Products that interact with financial markets, prediction markets, or trading platforms are not financial advice. They are software tools. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and capital allocation. Past performance of any signal, model, or strategy does not guarantee future results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreBetter Studios and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to trading losses, financial losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. “As Is” Disclaimer

All Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Refund Policy

One-time purchase Products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Subscription Products (Lumiq) can be cancelled at any time; no refunds are given for partial billing periods.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of any Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
